I have been a broker in North Carolina for 12 years. In today’s market I believe that we need to offer a lot more to provide a valuable service to our clients. Now more than in the past we need to have a strong business acumen to best determine the market forces bearing on a particular property, as well as the desire and ability to really communicate with the client.

For these qualities, I rely on by background as a teacher of economics and marketing and as an academic advisor. My personal home-buying–I have moved more times than I want to reflect on–has also come in handy.

After having been through the process of buying, selling and building several homes, and being able to filter my personal experiences through my knowledge of economics and marketing, I knew that I had found something that I could not only excel in, but provide a means to help other people.
